Objective: A fast-growing technology agency had seen rapid expansion. Its leadership team, comprised of talented professionals with varying levels of leadership experience, was navigating a complex and fast-moving industry context, but had not previously invested in collective leadership development. The challenge was to uplift leadership capability, foster cohesion, and equip the leadership team to lead more intentionally through ongoing growth, change, and cultural evolution.

Approach: Catalyst Strategy partnered with the organisation to design and deliver a comprehensive, customised leadership development program. We began with discovery, engaging with key stakeholders to understand the organisation’s context - their goals, cultural dynamics, and leadership development needs. From there, we designed a tailored practical action-learning based program combining interactive workshops, practical application, and executive coaching, all delivered by Catalyst Strategy and our trusted coaching partners to ensure cohesion and accountability.

Workshops focused on key themes like building trust, leading through influence, decision-making, high performance cultures, strategic thinking and negotiation, and coaching others. The experience was deliberately practical and applied, with time between sessions for reflection and real-world experimentation, followed by team sharing and accountability.

Each leader was also paired with a coach to support their professional development in line with their individual focus areas and leadership context.
