Objective: A leading multi-disciplinary engineering firm, operating across South-East Asia, engaged Catalyst Strategy to deliver a bespoke workshop as part of their broader innovation and leadership uplift series. With teams dispersed across regions and facing volatility from supply constraints and other pressures, the goal was to equip leaders with tools to navigate change, build resilience, and lead with clarity and confidence through uncertainty.
Approach: Catalyst Strategy designed and delivered a highly engaging virtual workshop for a cross-section of leaders across the business. Content was tailored to the client’s industry context and geographic spread, focusing on practical ways to lead through ambiguity and disruption.
Using a blend of interactive tools, real-world case studies, and relatable stories, we explored key change leadership concepts including transparency, fairness in decision-making, empathy, and emotional intelligence. The framework helped leaders shift their mindset from reactive to proactive, grounded in three guiding principles:
