After leading a competitive market process for leasehold premises for the global HQ of an international services business, we went on to lead the refurbishment of their 10,600m2 office. This included workplace strategy development and the associated cultural and change management required to support the transition to agile working and democratised space.

We also provide independent advice on commercial property matters, drawing on our experience managing a portfolio of 19 office and operational properties in Australia and abroad. For example, we we recently advised a hospitality group on the acquisition of a new venue and the associated strategy, negotiation, and structuring.
